I am a non-technical founder, and I have co-created apps and algorithms that have been used by thousands, won App of the Day by Mashable, and were featured by Inc, the BBC and more.

I've set up the Tech For Non-Techies education community to help other non-technical founders go from idea to thriving product and build their dreams. It doesn't have to be as hard as the tech bros would have us believe! 

I've contributed to the Financial Times, The Guardian and Forbes on entrepreneurship and technology. I have also guest lectured at Chicago Booth, London Business School and the London College of Fashion to name a few.

I love helping entrepreneurs and I've advised Chicago Booth’s New Venture Challenge and the Microsoft x London College of Fashion incubator, as well as many ventures and investors.

I hold an MBA from Chicago Booth, and a BSc (Hons) in Politics from Bristol.

I also speak Russian and French. I split my time between London and the South of France, where I play tennis and sail with huge enthusiasm and very little skill.

I'm a confidence and leadership coach. Through my company GO BIG COACHING, I help female professionals and entrepreneurs become confident leaders in male-dominated environments.

To gain the confidence and visibility to take their careers to the next level (and beyond!), I guide my clients through my 5-step framework to 10X their confidence at work as well as unlearning what holds them back.

I am a certified coach, speaker, and published author, and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Before training as a coach, I founded a boutique agency  that specialises in corporate communications for the German luxury car industry.

With 20 years of experience as a communications expert and entrepreneur, I follow a German-style coaching approach: efficient, pragmatic, solution-driven, direct.

I hold a master’s degree from the University of Munich. I've also taught at several colleges in the USA and Germany, published two novels (one with Goldmann RandomHouse) as well as multiple stories and essays.
